Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a capable Supervisor to join our busy pub team in the heart of the community. You’ll support the wider management team, ensure smooth shifts, and model superb customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

With previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience, you’ll take responsibility for opening/closing, stock, and cashing up, thinking on your feet and driving profitable operations. Come and grow with us at Marston’s.
