Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team in Dunfermline. You will lead and motivate colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences in a busy and social environment.

You’ll work with the pub management team to ensure smooth daily operations, handle opening/closing tasks, and model excellent customer service with initiative. Opportunities exist to progress within our internal pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Strong people leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead in a busy pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Work with the wider pub management team to run the business efficiently.
• Handle opening/closing, stock, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and initiative.
• Ensure smooth shifts and cover when senior team are away.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
