Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced, fun pub environment. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, while supporting the broader pub management to run the business efficiently.

Openings, closing duties, stock and cash handling will form part of your responsibilities. You’ll model outstanding customer service and be ready to step in where needed to ensure a smooth operation and a lively atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Strong customer service mindset and role modelling for the team.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts, stocking, and cashing up.
• Work with pub management to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest interactions.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and manage pub operations when senior management is away.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.
