Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Wolverhampton. You’ll lead a busy pub team, motivate colleagues and ensure guests enjoy every moment from opening to close.

You’ll be a role model for service, handle opening/closing, stock and cash, and work with the management team to run the business smoothly. If you thrive in a lively, people-focused environment, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others to deliver guest experiences.
• Open/close, stock, and cash handling.
• Excellent customer service and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Coordinate with pub management to run the business efficiently.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
