Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a busy pub. You’ll lead the team, handle opening/closing, stock and cash, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll collaborate with the pub team and wider management to keep operations smooth and profitable.

You’ll be a role model for service, capable of quick thinking and initiative, and supported by an internal career pathway that can take you toward Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience in running shifts and maintaining smooth operations.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee opening, closing, stock, and cashing up.
• Ensure smooth shifts and operations when senior management is away.
• Provide exceptional customer service as a role model.

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
