Job summary

The Boundary On The Green is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team. You’ll lead and motivate colleagues, ensuring busy service runs smoothly and guests enjoy every moment from opening to close.

You’ll partner with the pub management team, handle opening/closing, stock, and cashing up, and role-model outstanding customer service. We offer a supportive career pathway and values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Co-ordinate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
