Job summary

Marston’s in Warrington is seeking a Supervisor to lead the pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support daily operations, open/close, manage stock and cash, and model exceptional customer service.

This role offers opportunity to progress through internal pathways as part of a busy, friendly, and fun team. You will be responsible for smooth shift execution, overseeing service quality, and stepping up when senior management is away, while benefiting from a supportive,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up

• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
