Job summary

Rosa’s Thai is seeking a Supervisor to lead from the front, guiding a team to deliver excellent food and genuine service every day.

You will support the Management team, oversee service flow, maintain standards, and mentor staff to grow within the business. A hands-on, energetic approach is essential, with a real passion for Thai cuisine and guest experience.

The role

We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor

You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front—helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
