Job summary

Rosa’s Thai Café in Edinburgh is seeking a Supervisor to join our growing group of UK restaurants. You will support the Management team, lead from the front, and help your team deliver great food and genuine service every day.

The role requires energy, people skills, and a hands-on approach. You will develop team members, own on-shift performance, and contribute to ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

The role

We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor

You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front—helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
