Job summary

Rosa's Thai Café is seeking a kind-hearted, hardworking supervisor in London to support the management team and lead from the front—helping the team deliver great food and genuine service every day.

You'll oversee service, maintain standards, and coach staff, with clear opportunities to progress into management as the business grows in the UK.

• Experience supervising front-of-house or kitchen teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The role

You'll support the Management team and lead from the front-helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
