Job summary

Rosa’s Thai in London is seeking a supervisor to lead from the front during service, support the management team, and help the team deliver great food and genuine service every day.

You’ll motivate your crew, drive day-to-day operations, deliver high standards of food and service, coach colleagues, and take ownership when it matters as you grow into management with the business.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching abilities on the floor.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication.
• Comfort with managing in a busy restaurant environment.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

The role

We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor

You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front—helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
