Rosa’s Thai is seeking a Supervisor to lead a friendly team in our Cardiff restaurant. You’ll oversee service, support daily operations, and ensure top-quality food and genuine service for guests.

Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.

The role

We’re looking for a kind-hearted, hard-working food lover to join us as a supervisor

You’ll support the Management team and lead from the front—helping your team deliver great food and genuine service, every day.
