Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Aylesbury is hiring a Part-time Supervisor. You'll join the team with 16 hours per week and a pay of £13.50 per hour. Work pattern includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with interview discussions for shift flexibility.

You’ll coach the team alongside Store and Assistant Manager and help deliver strong store performance. The role focuses on people at the heart of everything you do, with a clear progression plan and access to extensive employee

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to maximise opportunities and deliver exemplary results.
