Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Yiewsley to lead and motivate the team. You will work 16 hours per week with potential for more, in mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and play a key role in delivering strong store performance.

As a Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching colleagues, driving customer satisfaction and upholding Savers standards. A passion for retail and flexibility are essential.

Location: Yiewsley

Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.65 per hour
