Thorn Baker Recruitment is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader for a store in Stroud. You will lead a small team of around 5 cleaners and take ownership of cleaning standards on site.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week at £15 per hour, with 4:00am–11:00am shifts. You’ll work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with Wednesday and Saturday off, and you’ll manage rotas, training and health and safety in collaboration with store management.

• Experience leading a team of cleaners or in a supervisory role.
• Reliable, organised, and able to start early (4am).
• Confident communicator with store management.

Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader – Stroud – £15 per hour

£15 per hour | 35 hours per week | Permanent | 4am–11am ideally but this can be changed to a 5am or 6am

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands-on role that would be interested in getting into the Cleaning industry

We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at Retail store in Stroud.

You'll lead a small team of around 5 cleaners, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard and supporting the team when needed.

You don't necessarily need to have held the exact job title of Cleaning Supervisor.

• Facilities or Soft Services Supervisor
• Logistics/Warehouse Team Leader

If you've been responsible for people, rotas, standards, opening/closing or day-to-day operations and you're comfortable being hands-on, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll need to be reliable, organised and comfortable starting at 4am, with the ability to lead a small team and communicate confidently with store management.
