Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader for a Gloucester store. The role leads an in-store team of around 7 cleaners, ensuring high standards, 4:00am start and 36 hours weekly in a permanent position with salary of £15 per hour.

You will manage rotas, train staff, perform quality checks, and collaborate with store management while maintaining Health & Safety and company procedures.

Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader - Gloucester - £15 per hour

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands-on role within a retail environment?

We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at a retail store in Gloucester.

You’ll lead an in-store team of around 7 people, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard while supporting and motivating the team when needed.
