Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader for a store in Stroud. You will lead a small team of around 5 cleaners and take ownership of cleaning standards on site.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week at £15 per hour, with 4:00am–11:00am shifts. You’ll work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with Wednesday and Saturday off, and you’ll manage rotas, training and health and safety in collaboration with store management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of cleaners or in a supervisory role.
• Reliable, organised, and able to start early (4am).
• Confident communicator with store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of around 5 cleaners.
• Check cleaning standards and perform quality inspections.
• Manage rotas, holidays and attendance.
• Support recruitment and training.
• Help with cleaning when required.
• Ensure correct use of equipment and products.
• Adhere to health & safety and company procedures.
