Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader for a retail store in Gloucester. You will lead an in-store team of around 7, ensure high cleaning standards and support the store management.

The role starts early at 4:00am and runs until 11:00am, 36 hours per week, permanent contract. Previous supervision or team-leading experience in cleaning or facilities is advantageous.

Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader - Gloucester - £15 per hour

£15 per hour | 36 hours per week | Permanent | 4am-11am

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands-on role within a retail environment?

We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at a retail store in Gloucester.

You’ll lead an in-store team of around 7 people, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard while supporting and motivating the team when needed.
