Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction in Gloucester is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to manage the cleaning operation at a retail store. You will lead an in-store team of about 7, ensuring high cleaning standards and providing motivation and hands-on support.

The role starts at 4:00am, offers 36 hours per week, and is a permanent position with an early-morning shift. You will work five days a week, with Wednesday and Saturday off, and finish by 11:00am to enjoy the rest of the day.

• Able to lead a small in-store team and train others.
• Reliable, organised and able to start at 4am.

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands‑on role within a retail environment?

We’re recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at a retail store in Gloucester.

You’ll lead an in‑store team of around 7 people, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard while supporting and motivating the team when needed.

You’ll need to be reliable, organised and comfortable starting at 4am, with the ability to lead a team, maintain high standards and communicate confidently with store management.
