Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management in Stroud is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to manage the day-to-day cleaning at a retail store.

You'll lead a small team of around 5 cleaners, ensure high cleaning standards, and work hands-on from 4:00am to 11:00am, with a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday pattern. The role offers a permanent position with stable hours and opportunities to develop supervision skills.

Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader – Stroud – £15 per hour

£15 per hour | 35 hours per week | Permanent | 4am–11am ideally but this can be changed to a 5am or 6am

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands‑on role that would be interested in getting into the Cleaning industry

We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at Retail store in Stroud.

You'll lead a small team of around 5 cleaners, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard and supporting the team when needed.
