Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader for a Blackpole retail store. You will lead and support a small cleaning team, maintaining high cleaning standards and stepping in on duties when needed.

This permanent, part‑time role runs 5:00am–10:00am, 25 hours per week, with shifts Tue–Fri and Sun. Clock‑in early, manage rotas, help recruit and train staff, and work closely with store management to ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed.

We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at a retail store in Blackpole.

You'll lead and support a small cleaning team, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard while helping out on the cleaning side when needed.
