Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader in Stroud. The role involves leading a small team of around 5 cleaners, ensuring high cleaning standards, and supporting the team from 4:00am–11:00am on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have hands-on cleaning experience, be reliable and well-organised, and able to communicate confidently with store management. This is a day-start, on-site role at a single retail store.

Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader - Stroud - £15 per hour

£15 per hour | 35 hours per week | Permanent | 4am-11am ideally but this can be changed to a 5am or 6am

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step into supervision? Or are you already a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for a stable, hands-on role that would be interested in getting into the Cleaning industry

We're recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of the cleaning operation at Retail store in Stroud.

You’ll lead a small team of around 5 cleaners, making sure the store is cleaned to a consistently high standard and supporting the team when needed.
