Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Corringham is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join the team. You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to lead and coach your team, rolling up your sleeves to maximise opportunities and deliver exemplary results.

Responsibilities

• Assist store and assistant manager to lead daily operations.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.

Location: Corringham

Hours per Week: 16 hourswith the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
