Job summary

Megan's Restaurants is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the floor across busy shifts, motivate the team and support the management group. You’ll drive sales, encourage upselling and help with team deployment to keep every shift running brilliantly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants. If you love a buzzing floor, thrive when the restaurant is full and know how to bring great energy to a team, you'll feel right at home with us.

You’ll be right in the middle of the action: leading from the front, supporting the management team and helping every shift run brilliantly. From keeping the team motivated through a busy brunch to making sure every guest leaves happy, you'll help set the standard for what great looks like at Megan's.

You’ll also start getting stuck into the commercial side of running a restaurant - driving sales, encouraging brilliant upselling, supporting team deployment and understanding how the decisions made on shift impact the bigger picture.
