Job summary

Megan’s Restaurants is seeking Front of House team members who are warm, confident and great with people. You’ll be part of a buzzing restaurant, with training and support to help you grow.

You’ll talk through the menu, make great recommendations and provide excellent guest service. Perks include 50% dining, early wage access, and team socials, with opportunities to move across openings as we grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is helpful, but personality and attitude matter more.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
• Strong guest service and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and building rapport from hello to goodbye.
• Explain menu and confidently talk guests through options.
• Adopt service style to different guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Work as one team to support your section and the wider restaurant.
• Maintain high standards and keep the restaurant looking its best.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming our guests, building genuine rapport and making sure they feel looked after from hello to goodbye

Getting to know our food and drinks so you can confidently talk guests through the menu and make great recommendations

Adapting your service to different guests and spotting what they need before they have to ask

Driving sales naturally through brilliant recommendations, upselling and knowing what our guests will love

Working as one team, supporting your section, your teammates and the wider restaurant when things get busy

Keeping the restaurant looking its best and making sure our standards stay high throughout every shift

Getting involved in training, tastings and development, and as you grow, helping newer team members find their feet too
