Megan's Restaurants is seeking a dynamic General Manager for one of our neighbourhood venues in Greater London. You’ll lead from the front, energise the floor, and own the guest experience from brunch rush to dinner peak.

You’ll maximise sales while preserving the magic, manage labour and stock tightly, and make smart commercial calls that grow the business and delight guests. A bold, brilliant, commercially sharp leader will thrive here.

You'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant: leading from the front, owning the vibe, and driving the numbers like a pro. You'll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls when it matters most. Pay

Salary package of up to £ 46,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £ 52,000 based on current site performance.
