Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll be a natural motivator, sharing moments of joy with staff and guests while ensuring smooth daily operations and a fun environment.

You’ll support opening/closing, stock and cashing up, and act as a role model for excellent service. Flexible, part-time hours are available to fit around your commitments and studies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Cash handling and basic till accuracy.
• Flexible and part-time hours available to fit around commitments.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts, stock checks and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest interaction.
• Coordinate with the pub management team for smooth operations.
• Ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably when managers are away.

As Supervisor you'll: Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you'll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
