Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team, leading a frontline crew and delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. You’ll open and close shifts, stock, and cash up, and act as a role model for customer service with a strong team focus.

You will work closely with management to ensure the pub runs smoothly, drive guest satisfaction, and seize opportunities for development within Marston’s career pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Opening/closing, stocking and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team! Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy. • Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
