Job summary

Marston’s pub group in Cardiff is looking for a Supervisor to lead and motivate our team, delivering outstanding guest experiences and keeping the pub running smoothly during busy shifts.

You’ll open and close, manage stock and cash, set a positive example for service, and work with the management team to drive standards. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for progression within Marston’s.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to open/close, stock, and cash up.
• Role model for customer service and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
