Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold the high service standards customers expect. You will support colleagues across shifts, ensuring presentation, brand alignment, and store performance are consistently strong.

You will contribute to daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and till accuracy, while promoting the brand values and delivering excellent service to shoppers. This role is based in Poole, United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Interest in retail, product trends, and promoting company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
