JD GROUP on the United Kingdom retail floor seeks a proactive Supervisor to lead service delivery, guide colleagues across shifts, and uphold brand standards. You will help maintain presentation and store performance while ensuring smooth till operations.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting daily store tasks, and promoting a positive, team-oriented retail environment with strong communication and detail orientation.

Formación

• Experience supervising or leading teams in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Great attention to detail to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Solid interest in retail with good product and trend awareness and ability to promote company values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.
