Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Plymouth is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to support the shop floor, lead shifts, and uphold high service, presentation and store performance standards.

You will guide colleagues, handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and till operations while maintaining exceptional customer care.

This role suits an energetic, proactive leader with strong communication and a keen eye for product placement and visual merchandising.

• Supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.
