Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Byker is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the team. You will work around 12 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, reporting to the Store/Assistant Manager.

You’ll coach colleagues, help maximise opportunities, and build strong connections with the local community while representing Savers in-store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop own skills and coach others.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the store team to deliver results.
• Support store and assistant manager to maximise opportunities.

Location: Byker

Hours per Week: 12 hours with the opportunity to work more hours

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
