Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Belfast is recruiting a part-time Supervisor to join the team. Location: Park Centre. 14 hours per week at £13.50 per hour, with the opportunity to take on more hours.

Flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends to be discussed at interview. As a Supervisor you will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching your team to deliver exemplary results and representing Savers in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills and help others grow.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver excellent results.
• Support store and assistant manager in daily operations.
• Engage with the local community and act as a brand ambassador.
