Job summary

Savers is recruiting a Supervisor for our Welling store. You will work part-time, 16 hours per week, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You’ll lead and coach the team to maximise opportunities and deliver exemplary results while representing Savers in the local community. Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to help others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach shop team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support store and assistant manager in daily operations.
• Be flexible with shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
