Job summary

Savers in Byker is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join the team. You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching your team to deliver exemplary results and build community connections while wearing the Savers uniform.

The role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with 12 hours per week and potential for more hours through interview discussion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to help others.
• Passion for the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team.
• Deliver exemplary results while representing Savers.
• Engage with the local community as a Savers supervisor.
