Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Supervisor in London to lead daily operations, manage staff and ensure safety and compliance at site. You will monitor risk, coordinate resources and drive performance against targets.

The role demands a valid HGV Class 2 license, strong supervisory skills and a focus on safe, efficient operations. This is a permanent on-site position with Veolia’s supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 license is required.
• Supervisory experience within same/similar role.
• Strong relationship management, communication, time management and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational targets for Risk & Assurance; report accidents and incidents on AVAPlan and manage day-to-day staffing and resources.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor for VMR and permit compliance.
• Ensure completed work meets quality standards and address non-conformities.
