Job summary

Veolia in Fleetwood, Lancashire is looking for a LGV Driver to join our team. You will drive to planned collection locations, load recycling and domestic waste into the vehicle, and complete daily vehicle checks using onboard tech.

Essentials include a Class 2 driving licence, CPC/DIGI card, and ability to work well in a team with good communication. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, 20 days leave, pension, and health benefits.

• Essential: Class 2 Driving Licence.
• Up-to-date CPC/DIGI card.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive to planned collection locations and load recycling and domestic waste into the vehicle.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and use onboard technology to note work.
• Comply with traffic laws and company procedures; keep a safe, clean work environment.
• Record accidents and report safety/environmental issues as required.
• Work to the programme of works and schedules.
