Job summary

schuh is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Glasgow Braehead store. The role is a 37.5-hour week across five days, with a focus on leading the team, delivering outstanding customer service and driving performance in-store.

You will coach junior managers, recruit and train staff, manage KPIs and maintain strong visuals in line with schuh brand guidelines. Strong leadership and a passion for retail are essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for Deputy Manager to join our store in Glasgow Braehead.

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.
