Pan Pacific London is seeking a passionate Supervisor for Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar to lead the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure readiness for service, guide staff to perform at their best, and maintain full knowledge of the menu, wines, and presentation standards.

In this role you will uphold Forbes and LQA standards, supervise opening/closing tasks, and contribute to a seamless, luxurious guest journey in a renowned hotel environment.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Supervisor in Ginger Lily Bar & Lounge, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as Supervisor will include, but not be limited to:

• Prepare for service by ensuring the department's equipment is clean and the outlet is ready for service and guest comfort.
• Carry out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items including:
• All liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available in outlets
• The particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list.
• Designated glassware and garnishes for drinks
• All dish descriptions, allergens and presentation standards
• Ensure Forbes and LQA standards are consistently maintained by the team to provide exceptional service to our guests
• Participate and supervise opening or closing tasks of the outlet
