Pan Pacific London is seeking a Bartender for the Ginger Lily Lounge & Bar to deliver personalised guest experiences as a true ambassador of the hotel. You will take drink orders, make recommendations, and prepare a wide range of beverages while ensuring service excellence.

You will work with bar staff, servers and kitchen teams to coordinate orders, maintain smooth workflow and uphold the Pan Pacific London standard of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, create a positive atmosphere, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Demonstrate expertise in creating signature cocktails and following established recipes.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
