The Anglesey Arms in Chichester is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily pub operations and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen staff, manage stock, and coordinate with management on promotions.

Ideal candidates have supervisory hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a live-in opportunity and the chance to grow toward an assistant manager position

As Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will lead and support our team, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
