Job summary

Slim Chickens Cribbs Causeway is seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a high- volume restaurant. You will lead from the floor, motivate the team and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

In this role you’ll help the GM drive operational performance, onboard and train new team members, and be the on-floor champion for guest satisfaction and smooth service.
