Finch's in Greater London is seeking a motivated Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring warm, efficient service across breakfast through dinner service. You will manage shifts, support training, and uphold our hospitality standards in a vibrant pub environment.

You will lead a small team, foster excellent guest experiences, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with ongoing development opportunities within Finch's venues.

Qualifications
