Job summary

Young's Pubs in Cambourne is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards. You will train the team, maintain guest satisfaction, and act as a responsible key holder to support smooth service delivery.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively.
