Job summary

Young's Pubs in London’s South Kensington/Chelsea area is seeking a Supervisor who can deliver exceptional customer service, lead shifts safely, and train the team to maintain the pub's high standards.

You will be a key holder with opportunities for development toward General Manager, with flexible hours and a strong focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Knowledge of wines to assist wine service and pairings.
• Fundamental knowledge of beers and spirits for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts safely as a key holder and supervise front-of-house operations.
• Train and develop team to deliver exceptional customer service.

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
