Job summary

The White Bear, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Supervisors to help deliver exceptional service in a social, seasonal British dining environment in Tunbridge Wells. You will lead shifts safely and foster a welcoming atmosphere, while training our team to maintain high standards of hospitality.

You will be passionate about training staff, building rapport with guests, and supporting continuous development in a busy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a pub setting.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and team to sustain pub success.
• Willingness to train staff to ensure knowledge to delight customers and lead shifts safely.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
