SALES ADVISOR - LUXURY FASHION

Cental London

£30,000-£31,000 + bonus

Full-time - 40 hours per week

Permanent - ASAP start

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join an established luxury fashion brand at their beautiful Motcomb Street boutique .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and commercially minded Sales Advisor to join a refined luxury environment, delivering an exceptional level of service and building meaningful relationships with clients.

The Role:

• Deliver an elevated and personalised customer experience
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and develop repeat business
• Drive sales and consistently work towards individual and boutique targets
• Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism and excellent product knowledge
• Support the wider boutique team in maintaining a high standard of service and presentation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion retail
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with a genuine passion for fashion
• Confident, polished and naturally engaging with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive and positive approach

Package: £30,000-£31,000 basic salary + up to 35% bonus (25% monthly + 10% annual).
