SSP Food Travel Experts in Ramsgate is seeking a Supervisor for the Ramsgate Station cafe Local. You will take charge of opening, closing and daily operations, leading a team through busy periods and ensuring top customer service. This role offers night shift premiums and flexible weekday weekend work.

The ideal candidate has hospitality leadership experience, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can mentor staff while maintaining high standards of service across busy peak times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal.

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour (+ an additional £1.50 for hours worked between

midnight and 6:00am taking your hourly pay to

Time(30hrs)

Hours of operation: 5:00am - 7:15pm.

Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
