The Supervisor role:

• Increase the sales of their floor
• Take part in training programs to enhance product competency, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management, and provide feedback on their effectiveness to the manager
• Participate in the daily morning brief, sharing sales experiences and achievements
• Provide training to new hires, introducing them to Brand philosophy and collection
• Observe and apply Company policies and procedures
• Assists in the daily operations of the store

Requirements

• The ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and ‘people' skills
• Planning and organisational skills, allowing deadlines to be achieved
• Sales were driven, and love being on the sales floor
• Enjoys building client relations and understands the importance of CRM management
